Lemon Basil
A freshly-squeezed lemon flavour and aroma. Enjoy it with salads, salsas, fish and chicken dishes. Also known as Mrs. Burns, an american heirloom variety from 1930's.

Amethyst Basil
Italian type basil with the darkest purple leaf. Used in salads, pestos, herb butters and chicke dishes. A must have for leafy herb for tomato sandwiches.

Boxwood Basil
Boxwood basil is so named because of its resemblance to a boxwood shrub. Its small leaves taste very similar to regular sweet basil.

Sweet Thai Basil
Premium Thai basil with distinct spicy and anise-clove flavour. Green leaves with purple stems and flowers. Used in noodle, chicke and fish dishes as well as pad stir-fries. Also known as Persian Anise basil.
Cinnamon Basil

Wonderful fragrance and spicy flavor. Dark-purple stems and flowers with small, glossy leaves. Great in fruit salads and as garnishes.

Commonly grown in the US. Has large leaves with distinct liquorice flavour not found in sweet basil. Used in Thai, Indian and Italian cooking.
